Grammarly For Word
Great news, Mac users! You can now add Grammarly to Microsoft Word! That means you can see and apply Grammarly’s suggestions for making your writing stronger and clearer without leaving the document you’re working on.
Grammarly has a new app (also called an add-in) for Microsoft Office that enables Walden students to add Grammarly’s checks directly to a Microsoft Word document. Instead of submitting your paper to Grammarly through Grammarly’s website, you can simply enable Grammarly once your document is ready to check. Get Grammarly’s real-time writing suggestions in Word as you’re writing. No complicated setup, no copying and pasting — just better, clearer writing. Grammarly is designed to fit seamlessly into the writing process for anyone using Microsoft Word on macOS. Suggestions will appear in the right margin of your document, and you can apply them to your text with a click of your mouse. Click Enable Grammarly to set up Grammarly. It’s at the top-right corner of Word. Once you set up and activate Grammarly, you can start using it to check your grammar and spelling in Microsoft Word. Grammarly's free writing app makes sure everything you type is easy to read, effective, and mistake-free. Adding Grammarly to MS Office means that your spelling and grammar will be further vetted.
Grammarly for Microsoft Word has been available for some time, but until now, it was only compatible with the Windows version of Word. We heard loud and clear that you needed a Mac version, so we’ve been hard at work to make that happen. And if you’re a fan of Word Online, we’re happy to tell you that Grammarly now works there, too!
